1/2 cup roasted red pepper -- (jarred is fine, not in oil)
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes -- not in oil
1/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Put all the ingredients into a small food processor or
blender. Mix well
and serve.
