2 ripe avocadoes -- halved, pitted, and peeled
1 tablespoon wasabi paste
1 scallion -- chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until
smooth.
MAKES 1 CUP
This wasabi is perfect not just for sushi or nori rolls, but as a dip for
chopped vegetables.
