I suggest using a food processor fitted with a shredding blade for this
recipe, to speed up the prep time. Toss all ingredients together.

1 tablespoon chopped herbs -- (dill, oregano, basil, or
parsley)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water -- as needed
