  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

       3/4           cup  water
       2/3           cup  chopped basil
    3        tablespoons  agave syrup
    1         tablespoon  ground lemon peel
  
  Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  
  Pour into an ice cream or sorbet maker and churn according to
  manufacturer's instructions.
  
  Serves 4
