2 cups Kellogg's Raisin Bran® cereal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup butter or margarine -- softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 medium eggs
In a small mixing bowl combine KELLOGG'S RAISIN BRAN cereal, flours and
baking soda. Set aside.
In large electric mixer bowl, beat together butter and sugars until light
and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add cereal mixture, mixing until
thoroughly combined. Drop by scant 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie
sheet.
Bake at 350° F for 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking
sheets and place on wire rack to cool.
