Slow Cooker Orange-Scented Custard - 2 pts

1 tablespoon orange blossom water -- or 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
5 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Whisk until smooth. Pour into
a 4-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the center looks
set and does not jiggle.
