    1                cup  finely chopped pepperoncini
    1                cup  labne -- drained greek-style yogurt
                          Juice of half a lemon
                          Salt -- to taste
    1             cloves  garlic -- (to -2) finely chopped
    1         tablespoon  extra virgin olive oil
  
  1. Let garlic sit with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in labne, pepperoncini and olive oil.  
  3. Season to taste with salt.
