 Farmers Almanac Cilantro and Mint Sauce

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

      1/2           cup  plain yogurt
   1              small  onion -- coarsely chopped
   1                     jalapeno chile pepper -- or 2, to taste, seeded and coarsely chopped
      1/2           cup  tightly packed cilantro leaves
      1/2           cup  tightly packed mint leaves
                         salt and freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
 
 In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the salt and pepper. Process, scraping down the sides every 15 seconds, for 1 minutes, or until the ingredients are finely chopped and the mixtures is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
 
 Makes 3/4 cup (3 one-quarter cup servings)
 
 Great with grilled [cFavorite].
