(Weight-Watchers-Recipes) Cherry Yogurt Dessert

 

This one is about 30 years old and is still a favorite. My wife loves
it when I make this. And remember, stressed spelled backwards is
desserts! Go for it.

Cherry Yogut Delight - (3 Points)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup Frozen cherries
6 packets Splenda -- or any other sweetener
1 dash Almond extract -- or as needed

Mix all ingredients completely and put into the refrigerator until
needed. Usually doesn't stay there very long in my house.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 191 Calories; trace Fat (1.7%
calories from fat); 8g Protein; 40g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 2mg
Cholesterol; 100mg Sodium. Exchanges: 2 Fruit; 1/2 Non-Fat Milk; 0
Other Carbohydrates.

NOTES : You can cut the portions in half to 4 portions and cut the
points in half.
