12 tablespoons ground cinnamon -- (3/4 cup)
8 tablespoons ground cloves
2 tablespoons ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground ginger
Mix all the ingredients together by hand or with a food processor until thoroughly blended. Store in a tight-fitting container labeled with name and date.
Yields: approx. 1 1/2 cups (makes 72 one-teaspoon servings)
Shelf Life: 1 year
HOT MULLED CIDER
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Dry Master Hot Cider Mix
1 cup hot apple cider
Place hot apple cider in a cup. Add cider mix. Stir and enjoy!
Yields: 1 serving
Add a cinnamon stick for stirring and a little extra spice
AuthorNote: Enjoy the simple mix that you blend with hot apple juice. It surely will become a family favorite! When you prepare your cider drink, use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of mix for each 8-ounce glass of apple cider.
