1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon crushed dried red pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt -- omit if on a salt-restricted diet
Mix together by hand or with food processor. Place in a shaker canister labeled with name and date.
Yields: approx. 1/4 cup (4 one-tablespoon servings)
