(Weight-Watchers-Recipes) Chicken N Rice Casserole

 

This is my own version

1 cup brown rice (cal 300 fat 3 fib 4)
1/3cup shredded cheese (cal 110 fat 9 fib 0)
3 drum sticks chicken (cal 540 fat 30 fib 0)
1cup 1%milk (cal 110 fat 2.5 fib 0)

TOTAL
cal 1040
fat 44.5
fib 4

In a 5x9 pan put rice and milk, then lay the chicken in and sprinkle the cheese on top (I like to put chicken seasoning on the chicken to give it more flavor) cover with tin foil put in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
