4 cups stock
15 ounces canned straw mushrooms
7 ounces cubed extra-firm tofu
6 ounces canned bamboo shoots
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic-chili sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon hot chile oil
3/4 cup snow peas
Place all the ingredients into a 4-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours.
