                  Creole Seasoning from the Casserole Queens

    3        tablespoons  smoked paprika
    2        tablespoons  sweet paprika
    2        tablespoons  onion powder
    2        tablespoons  garlic powder
    2        tablespoons  dried oregano
    2        tablespoons  dried basil
    1         tablespoon  dried thyme
    2        tablespoons  freshly ground black pepper
    1 1/2    tablespoons  cayenne pepper
    1         tablespoon  celery seeds
  
  1.  in a iarge bowl,  combine the smoked and sweet paprika, onion powder,
  garlic powder, oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and
  celery seeds.
  2.  Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months
  
  Makes 1 cup (16 one-tablespoon servings)

  This spice mix is easy enough to whip up and is great for seasoning rice,
